Immunization & Wellness Care

We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

Dental Care

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasonic scalers to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Our digital dental radiograph equipment enables us to better assess and diagnose tooth root issues that may be unseen.

Hospice/Euthanasia Services

Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.

Microchipping

Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

Nutritional Counseling

Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

Pain Management

Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

Pharmacy

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field. Our prices on heartworm and flea and tick prevention products are often lower then the popular on line pharmacy sites.

General Surgery

We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology even for routine procedures, such as spays, neuters, growth removals, etc. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. We use state-of-the-art tools and techniques to ensure your pet is truly receiving world-class care, such as heated surgery tables for greater comfort, advanced sterilization techniques, ECG and oxygen saturation monitors, intensive post surgical care and full blood testing.

Digital Radiology

Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems. If needed, we can send our digital radiographs out for a radiologist to review and get a report back in 2-3 hours.

Laboratory

Internal-Medicine
We maintain an in-house laboratory in order to improve patient care for your dog or cat. With our equipment, we are able to run blood tests, CBCs, blood chemistry panels, and urinalysis. Access to fast and accurate test results can be an important component of an effective treatment plan, and helps to keep costs down for pet owners. If more complicated tests are necessary, we can work with an outside laboratory to complete them.

Advanced Surgery

Our veterinary professionals are exceptionally talented soft tissue and orthopedic surgeons - pet owners will often drive from miles around for these surgical procedures. Surgical services include a broad range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgery including removal of foreign bodies, tumor removal, cruciate repairs, fracture repairs, luxations, and more. If needed, a surgical specialist can be called in for specific procedures.

Ultrasound

This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs, primarily the heart and abdominal organs. Pregnancy exams are also available. We use a state of the art digital ultrasound machine.

Endoscopy

High-tech fiber optics permits direct visual examination and biopsies of your pet’s gastrointestinal system. This allows for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral, esophageal, stomach, colon and even upper intestinal tract disease. Foreign objects can also be removed without the need for surgery.
